As Account Manager Digital Projects (m/f/d), you will work together with Pharma clients, using your expertise to make a valuable contribution to optimal communication between pharmaceutical companies and the medical profession on coliquio and thus a sustainable impact for society.
You decide where you work: Germany-wide from your home office, at one of our locations in Constance or Munich or a hybrid mix.

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As 'face to the customer', you are responsible for long-term support and strategic communication consulting for our pharmaceutical customers
You will monitor the performance of the projects with the aim of continuous further development 
You use the performance data to produce meaningful analyses and reviews, which you present to the team and your clients
With a strategic view, you coordinate the performance components of our pharma projects in the team and ensure targeted internal communication

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Several years of experience in online marketing, key account management and/or project management in a digital context 
- Relevant industry knowledge from the pharmaceutical or agency environment
- Strong communication skills and experience in relationship creation and management
- Excellent written and spoken German and a good command of English.

Als Account Manager Digital Projects (m/w/d) arbeitest du mit hochkarätigen Ansprechpersonen aus Big Pharma zusammen, leistest mit deiner Expertise einen wertvollen Beitrag für die optimale Kommunikation zwischen Pharma-Unternehmen und der Ärzteschaft auf coliquio und damit einen nachhaltigen Impact für die Gesellschaft.
Dabei entscheidest du, wo du arbeitest: Deutschlandweit aus dem Homeoffice, an einem unserer Standorte in Konstanz bzw. München oder eine hybride Mischung.

 

DAS ERWARTET DICH
  • Du bist als ‚face to the customer‘ für eine langfristige Betreuung und strategische Kommunikationsberatung unserer Pharmakundschaft zuständig
  • Du überwachst die Performance der Projekte mit dem Ziel der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung 
  • Aus den Performance-Daten stellst du aussagekräftige Analysen und Reviews her, die du im Team und bei deiner Kundschaft präsentierst
  • Mit strategischem Blick koordinierst Du die Leistungsbestandteile unserer Pharma-Projekte im Team und sorgst intern für eine zielgerechte Kommunikation.

 

DAS BRINGST DU MIT
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Online-Marketing, Key Account-Management und/oder Projektmanagement im digitalen Kontext 
  • Relevante Branchenkenntnisse aus dem Pharma- oder Agenturumfeld
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Erfahrungen in Relationship Creation und Management
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
